We are thrilled to announce that Elysium Lab will be onboarded into the Innosuisse Core Coaching program as a Swiss innovative startup ready to expand operations and start market activities.
After completing the Initial Coaching phase, we are eager to begin the follow-up Core Coaching program, which requires higher business development standards.
The program allows us to further improve and refine our business strategy, benefiting from expert guidance on topics including financial planning, marketing, go-to-market strategies, intellectual property, and more.
The funding received will be allocated to exceed the following milestones agreed upon with Innosuisse:
- Solid Product Release and Product Market Fit
- IP Strategy to protect Elysium Core Technology
- Team consolidation
- Go-To-Market Implementations
Additionally, our team will address topics beyond those mentioned, such as implementation and automation, legal support, the definition of POC, and the B2B Business Model.
Successfully completing the Core Coaching program also opens doors for us to obtain the prestigious Innosuisse Certificate, showcasing our commitment to excellence and innovation in the Swiss startup ecosystem.
We are confident that the Core Coaching program will provide us with invaluable insights, resources, and support.
